It is difficult to work in the kitchen sometimes; especially when what you are making is way too hard, or the recipe is too complicated. Finding a recipe that is both easy to follow and make can be hard sometimes. However, this recipe is both easy to follow and easy to make.

Ingredients:

 

400 gr sugar

 

240 gr butter

 

4 eggs

 

50 gr cocoa powder

 

400 gr chopped chocolate

 

1 tsp salt

 

1 tsp baking powder

 

120 gr flour

Instructions:

 

  1. Start by chopping your chocolate. When the chocolate is chopped, start to melt your butter. When your butter is melted, add the sugar and stir for 2 minutes when the butter is starting to boil. This will give you the caramel flavor.

  2. Then, pour the mixture into a bowl. Add the eggs, cocoa powder and one-third of the chopped chocolate.

  3. Sift in the flour, salt, and baking powder and fold it carefully in to not overmix.

  4. Add another third of the chopped chocolate and fold carefully in.

  5. Then, pour the mixture into a pan and sprinkle the chopped chocolate that is left on top before you cook the cake in the oven on 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
